Interview: Tim Henriques, Trainer of Personal Trainers, Author, Powerlifter


This is a freaking incredible knowledge drop on strength training and nutrition.  Tim Henriques has been lifting weights and training people, and training other personal trainers, for a long time. His book, "All About Powerlifting" is a well written and well researched volume that anyone looking to get stronger and more fit should read.
